You put a smile on our guests’ faces with the cherry on the cake: you create tasty dishes and desserts from fresh, high-quality products.
During your training, you will learn all the processes and tasks in a professional hotel kitchen. You will initially look over the shoulders of our specialist staff, gradually taking on your own tasks and responsibilities until you are finally responsible for preparing dishes independently, making you a valuable member of our team. At the same time, you will also learn about organisational processes such as menu planning and warehousing.
This theory-reduced training programme to become a kitchen specialist lasts two years and is therefore aimed in particular at young people whose strengths lie more in practical work. After successful completion, the training company and the trainee can agree to continue the training and also obtain a qualification as a chef
