We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled person to support our team with immediate effect or by arrangement:

In-house technician/all-rounder (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

Minor and major repairs throughout the house
Maintenance and ongoing servicing of the building and grounds
Assistance with daily cleaning tasks
Daily swimming pool check
Support with gardening
Snow clearing and salt spreading in the winter months
Support for external tradespeople on various construction projects
Compliance with the safety and hygiene concept

Your profile:

The ability to work in a team, flexibility, a sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you.
You have a certain understanding of technical processes and are quick on the uptake.
Preferably you are trained in a skilled trade or have experience in such a field.
You will carry out your tasks independently as agreed.
