Kitchen Philosophy

Light and wholesome, always with enjoyment at the center. Our chefs conjure up culinary delights for you from first-class fresh ingredients, inspired by the variety of seasonal products from local suppliers.

Inclusive Services

For our hotel guests, the gourmet board inclusive of breakfast and dinner is part of the room rate:

Breakfast

Small early bird breakfast in the swimming pool area from 07:00 to 08:00
Late riser breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00 with a generous breakfast buffet in the restaurant
White sausage breakfast with pretzels on Saturdays
Sunday & public holiday breakfast incl. Black Forest yeast plait, live cooking with egg dishes and crêp

Dinner

We look forward to welcoming you from 18:30. So that you can enjoy your meal, we ask you to arrive at your table by 7:30 pm at the latest.
Choose from three distinct 6-course menus, including a salad and cheese buffet.
Weekly 7-course gourmet menu (Tue, Wed, or Thu) showcasing regional and international flavors.

Á La Carte - Pure Pleasure

At lunchtime you also have the option of ordering small dishes and daily changing soups à la carte (not included).
From January to May, we cordially invite you to a small lunch buffet from Monday to Friday.
