Hotel management trainee (m/f/d), possibly with additional qualification in hotel management

They are the icing on the cake of a successful holiday: they create a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere for our guests, so that they feel completely cared for and satisfied.

Your training

During your training, you will learn the processes and tasks in all departments. You will start by looking over the shoulders of our specialists, gradually taking on your own tasks and responsibilities until you have finally familiarised yourself with and understood the entire company, making you an invaluable member of our team.

Your tasks will include welcoming our guests at reception and other reception duties, such as guest correspondence. In the restaurant, you provide guests with a pleasant experience and enjoyable moments through high-quality service and attractively decorated rooms. You also contribute to this through your work in our hotel kitchen. But you will also be active behind the scenes by supporting our housekeeping team.

If you opt for the additional qualification in hotel management, you will also assist in the office with administrative tasks and thus gain an insight into the commercial aspects of a hotel business.

Your profile:

You enjoy dealing with guests and are always friendly
As a strong team player, you maintain a fair and friendly relationship with all colleagues and trainees
You are motivated and look forward to learning something new
A sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you
Your appearance is well-groomed and you have very good manners
You have a very good command of written and spoken German, any other language is an advantage
Prerequisite for the additional training in hotel management: completed entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences / Abitur
