We are looking to support our kitchen team from summer 2024 or by arrangement:

Apprenticeship as a chef (m/f/d)

You provide the icing on the cake of a successful holiday: you conjure up creative dishes for our guests from fresh and high-quality products.

Your training:

During your training, you will learn all the processes and tasks in a professional hotel kitchen. You will initially look over the shoulders of our specialist staff, gradually taking on your own tasks and responsibilities until you are finally responsible for preparing dishes independently, making you an invaluable member of our team. At the same time, you will also learn about organisational processes such as menu planning and warehousing.

Your tasks include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals from fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Visually appealing presentation of the dishes
  • Assistance in creating the menu sequence
  • Helping to create and cook new dishes

Your profile:

  • Your interest in high-quality food and enjoyment of cooking make you feel comfortable in a kitchen
  • Your passion for good food ensures that you are interested in culinary trends and like to incorporate new influences into your work
  • As a strong team player, you maintain a fair and friendly relationship with all colleagues and trainees
  • Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you
