You provide the icing on the cake of a successful holiday: you conjure up creative dishes for our guests from fresh and high-quality products.
During your training, you will learn all the processes and tasks in a professional hotel kitchen. You will initially look over the shoulders of our specialist staff, gradually taking on your own tasks and responsibilities until you are finally responsible for preparing dishes independently, making you an invaluable member of our team. At the same time, you will also learn about organisational processes such as menu planning and warehousing.
