Voices from the team - Restaurant manager Stefan Rude

I started my hotel management apprenticeship at the Hotel Kesslermühle in July 2004 and successfully completed it after 2 ½ exciting and very instructive years.After my training, I decided to move to Hinterzarten and stay at the Hotel Kesslermühle to pamper the guests in the restaurant.
After just a short time, I was given the opportunity to put my skills to the test as restaurant manager. I have now been responsible for my service team, the entire restaurant area and the training of our apprentices for over 17 years.
Thanks to a great team and the support of the Meisinger family, working in service is a great pleasure, even if it is sometimes exhausting or challenging. The satisfaction of the guests contributes to the fact that this job is varied and fun every day.
